We are recruiting HGV Class 1 and Class 2 drivers for winter gritting operations in Northumberland, including the Alnwick area.
The opportunity
- Seasonal winter maintenance, October to April.
- Day and night standby, with work dependent on operational and weather requirements.
- Weekly pay. Rates and standby arrangements will be confirmed before an assignment is agreed.
What we need from you
- HGV Class 1 or Class 2 licence and Driver CPC details.
- Details of your winter maintenance qualification / NVQ and relevant experience.
- Your location and availability for day and night standby.
- Confirmation of your right to work in the UK.
